We're dipping into the archives today to look back at revellers saying goodbye to 2014 and welcoming in 2015.
In Dorchester everyone gathered at the Town Pump at midnight, in Weymouth thousands of people donned fancy dress and took to the town’s streets and Bridport was filled with revellers having a great time.

There were princesses and pirates, superheroes and singers, and the usual mixture of the inspired and downright peculiar.
Pubs were packed and, despite some grim weather, spirits were high.
Hundreds enjoyed a party on the Esplanade as several bars put on the Front Live, a live music event, and hundreds more danced the night away at the Rendezvous.
The streets were full from early evening as people travelled from far and wide to soak up the special atmosphere that makes the town one of the top destinations for New Year's Eve.
