ROBBIE Nitro is set for a return to the ring at Suplex Wrestling’s summer comeback show on Thursday, August 21.
Weymouth grappler Nitro features in the main bout, a ladder match against newcomer Black Scorpion.
Former WWE NXT stars Zulu Warrior and Danny Burch, along with Phil Powers and Canadian powerhouse Ryker, are also booked for the Weymouth College Bay Theatre show.
Nitro hasn’t appeared in the ring for more than six months after suffering a nasty knee injury, but now he is ready to make his comeback.
He said: “I’m pleased to announce that we are back in Weymouth with a huge summer comeback show on August 21.
“We’ve got a big international showcasing from the very best in wrestling from around the world.”
Tickets for the event are £8 for children and £10 for adults, and can be purchased at stubmatic. com/suplexwrestling Doors open on the night at 7pm with the action to begin at 7.30pm.
