Afloat: Cove Aussie series gets off the mark
THE Aussie Summer Series at Castle Cove Sailing Club kicked off last weekend with glorious conditions, a good breeze and sunshine.
The series runs from January until March on alternate Saturdays.
It is for those who wish to continue racing and using their skills during what can be a quiet time for competition.
In previous years, this series has attracted a good number of competitors on a regular basis. If the weather permits, there are normally two back-to-back races.
