MATT Oldring and Mark Jermyn return to the Dorchester Town ranks for tomorrow’s showdown with Paulton Rovers (3pm).

Oldring is back after family commitments kept him out of the last five games, while boss Jermyn is available having been cup-tied on Tuesday.

Dorchester’s only real injury worry is Chris Dillon, who went off during the Dorset Senior Cup final with a suspected dead leg.

He will have treatment on the injury before a final decision regarding his fitness is made.

Dillon was in the team which capitulated against Paulton in December when Dorchester lost 4-3 despite leading 3-1 late on.

That, and the midweek defeat to the Terras, will act as motivation when they go to Paulton tomorrow.

Looking ahead to the game, first-team coach Stuart Heath said: “It wasn’t a great performance by us against Weymouth.

“We defended stoutly but didn’t create much going forward as we wanted to.

"We were bitterly disappointed to lose the game, but we didn’t play well enough on the night.”

On the previous Paulton clash, he added: “To lose the game from the position we were in was ridiculous, but it was a sign of where the team was at that point.

“We were in a bit of a hole and credit has to go to Mark and Nick (Crittenden) for turning it around.”
