BALTI Sports are expected to be struck by unavailability for their trip to Parley Sports in the Dorset Premier League tomorrow (2pm).

Charlie May, John Litherland, Charlie Kenderdine and Tom Grattidge are all set to miss the game against the side who overcame Marco Nott’s men at Weymouth College in league action last month.

However, Aaron Williams has signed on for Balti and is ready to come into the visitors’ squad.

Commenting on the absence of players from his side, boss Nott told Echosport: “We are in a bit of trouble.

“We are just going through one of those periods of unavailability.”

Balti’s Ricky Lane and Ashley Batchelor were included in the Dorset Premier League representative side for tomorrow's trip to Hertfordshire but cannot travel with the squad due to work commitments.

Nott added: “Ricky and Ashley got called up but because they have work in the morning they couldn’t make it unfortunately.

“It’s a shame for them but it’s nice that they were called up anyway.

“It shows they have got the recognition for some good play.

“When he came on for us last week Ricky made a difference. It’s going to be good having him in the fold.”

Meanwhile, in the Dorset Senior League, Chickerell United travel to third-placed Sturminster Newton United (2pm).

A win for the Chickens, who are still unbeaten in the league, would see them leapfrog their opponents in the standings.
