MAGPIES’ boss Tom Killick has dismissed the notion of a return to Poole Town next summer, stating: “I’m very happy at Dorchester”.
Killick was sacked by the Dolphins six months ago, bringing to an end 19 years of service at Poole.
However, his successor Matt Tubbs this week resigned after a run of seven straight league losses and was replaced on a caretaker basis to the end of 2023/24 by James Ellis.

Poole have since attracted a number of applications for the management post ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
Asked if he would entertain a return to Poole, Killick told Echosport: “No, Dorchester is run by a selection of people that have got their own personalities and their own way of running a club.
“(Poole) would never align itself with me going forward. I’m very happy at Dorchester.”
The Magpies host Beaconsfield Town this afternoon (3pm).
