WEYMOUTH’S abandoned derby with Yeovil Town is under investigation by league officials, the Terras have confirmed.
With Weymouth 1-0 up thanks to Dan Roberts’ 32nd-minute strike, the match was halted in the 77th minute owing to a medical emergency in the crowd.
An air ambulance was called for, landing on the pitch to help treat the individual concerned. Play was later abandoned after a 42-minute stoppage in play.
National League officials and The FA are carrying out the investigation, with the fixture expected to be replayed in line with rules surrounding such scenarios.

In a statement, the Terras added: “Once they have concluded that investigation and informed us of the next steps we will report back to supporters.
“Our thoughts remain with the individual involved, who we understand to be in hospital receiving the best possible care.”
Weymouth visit Eastbourne Borough on Saturday (3pm).
