A war-time inspired singing group who reached the finals of a popular TV talent show is set to appear in Weymouth this June.
The D-Day Darlings will be performing a new show at 2pm on Thursday, June 13 at Weymouth Pavilion as part of the group’s nationwide tour to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of D-Day.
The afternoon’s event will feature classic songs from the era as well as new arrangements.
D-Day Darlings reached the final of ITV's Britain's got Talent in 2018 but lost to comedian Lost Voice Guy.
Since then, the group released the album I’ll Remember You later that year which peaked at number five in the UK album charts.
Tickets are priced at £25 per person and can be purchased by visiting the group's website at https://www.ddaydarlings.co.uk/tour/ and clicking on the Weymouth event.
